Welcome to our first 21 Day Yoga Challenge giveaway!   CariLoha is sponsoring one complete yoga outfit for one reader!  We will have a couple other giveaways before we finish and all products given will be yoga themed.

    I’ve been doing yoga since the 70s but haven’t been too keen on learning the proper names for the poses. I just love how it helps me move through life, whatever it’s called!

      Wow you are a pro Deb E! I am into names only for the sake of know what type of yoga I want to pursue. I think there is one that will suit me and my body more. Don’t plan on doing the hard poses.

      Let your instructor know they should give you options to modify the positions so the knees are not involved.

    I use to do yoga religiously, I even convinced my husband and one of his weight lifting buddies to join me weekly. We all loved it and felt tension and stress literally leave our bodies. Over the span of two years I adopted two children which limited my time, sadly yoga got put on the back burner. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and yoga has been a great part of my pregnancy. Also yoga is part of my get fit after baby plan!!

    Yoga is a wonderful practice! I started in college, and fell in love with it. Now that my baby boy is older and I am more motivated to start getting back into shape, my goal is to bring yoga back into my daily routine! I love love loveeeeee how i feel after it!
